The anal area is rife with bacteria and other microorganisms that can cause terrible damage when introduced to other parts of the body. HIV/AIDS is a major one. That alone should get you serious. Latex exam or surgical gloves are mandatory! Lubricants should never be shared or reused. Never allow open sores or cuts near this area. Any surfaces involved (hands, toys, sheets, etc.) should be thoroughly cleansed before AND after each sexual session.
